We use only the purest of spices which we custom blend in our spice room and only add Rocky Mountain Spring water. The new way of selling sausages and meats is in a vacuum freezer bag. Sausages are pack in 3’s and steaks are packed in singles and are flash frozen. This has less impact on the environment as less packaging waste is created. By only what you need, no Styrofoam waste, soaker pads, etc. We also use 25% less electricity than the average butcher shop which is one of the many factors that translate into our affordable prices.

Meat Cuts
Aside from sausage, you will also find a variety of sausage patties, ground meats and meat cuts in our factory outlet store. Cuts such as chicken breast, pork chops, roasts, bacon and even some fish is available weekdays during our production hours.
